I've had some unique experiences over the past 3 weeks regarding the energy in my body. Two weeks ago, I was lying down and an incredible amount of energy started surging through my lower legs into my feet. At another time I also felt the energy in my lower legs. And there also seems to be a build up of energy in my my lower back.

Has anyone experienced this before and know more of what is going on here?
