I challenge the notion that your resistance is lack of desire, but rather directed desire. Or rather where you think that your desire should be directed. I am not asking you to change your viewpoint, but rather to delve into it (or seemingly conflicting viewpoints) a little deeper. In doing so you could get to know yourself and your boundaries a little bit more and possibly, in addition, decide which forms of resistance are worth holding onto and which ones you can let go of. There are times when I decide that it is ok to hang onto certain boundaries and times when I can let them go. Play with it--have fun--and most of all, enjoy the fingers (whomever's they may be).
