The truth. Just telling it the way it is. It seems so obvious.

Yesterday she asks, "Did you get angry?"
"No...." Lie #1, of course I did "It felt like you were stressed and I picked up on it" Translation, its not me, its you
"Okay..."

Both of us walk away feeling wacked. I am hooked on my lie. I go back a painful 10 minutes later. "Uh, I did get angry"
She replies "I know you did. But I didn't say anything"
In that single moment, I feel closer to her. So simple.
