I had a flash the other day...

You can only give up your looking bad if you are willing to let go of looking good.

You can only give up feeling bad if you are willing to let go of feeling good.

I was in yoga class and realized how much time I spend either judging others or trying to look good for others. Then, I realized they were just opposites of the same coin. Then, I realized if I wanted to expand in one area, I'd have to be willing to change in the other area too. Man, what a relief that is! Neither one of those places is very fun!
