That's a beautiful realization (trying not to judge it ;-)

I was having a conversation about judgments and the practice of being out of judgment with a friend a while back. I realized then that positive judgments are still judgments. To be without judgment one needs to see neither positive or negative in an observation, either one qualifies the observation based on a set of past experiences and prejudices.

I find presence (and connection) is best achieved by observing these judgments and reflecting on the associations that may have fostered them. Then I can be free to witness the judgments and my process, and not be defined by them.
