Unable to relax

Unable to relax
truly trying to figure out the causes
of my sleep disorder
just again a mess
is it the full moon
I came home from work on thursday
after the morning
and crashed in bed from 11 a.m. to after 4 p.m.
should have slept longer
as far as my sleep disorder goes
from what I can see
is I have symptoms
of Central Apnea
Insomnia
Narcolepsy
Delayed Sleep phase Syndrome
plus the other stuff going on with me
the sensitivity I have to light
whatever allergies I might have
plus the bulging disk in my neck
Not real fun right now.
Took a No Doze at work
and that did not help
only made me sick to my stomach
and messed with my eyes, and neck.
not good
not good at all
I have had a sleep study done
a few years ago
and the results pointed to central Apnia
but that does not explain
the nodding off at work for no apparent
reason, and no way to really stop it from
happening.
I work on a school bus
with special needs children
and the sleep studies don't simulate work conditions
so just here
hoping to get to sleep soon tonight
but longing for a lover
as their is a full moon again tonight
