Subject: For Yolanda (I am in Pain)

Messed up my neck and shoulder at work on tuesday
so have only worked a little since.
went to the doctor on thursday
this Kousla that has a clinic on lakeshore in eastlake
and also works out at the medical building next to dicks sporting goods. thought it was my pinched nerve again
but apparently is a sprained neck. anyway thought I would only need to be off until monday. but need to rethink that one today. on 600 mgs of Motrin and this other pain medication. hopefully will start physical therapy next week. did very little shopping yesterday. went to cvs and got my pain meds and some bottles of pepsi that was about it. just down today and depressed, because I try to work out and get back into shape and lose weight and this happens.
