Darksong became as angry as a wet cat. Spouting blood or not, she dodged Rannal's dagger with the skill of a Dibbun escaping a bath. Lossening the noose from her belt, she flipped it over Rannal's head and jerked hard. Darksong 21:23:37 07/14/04 Wed

Rannal chokes and splutters as the noose tighters swiftly. It isn't a regular rope, but a thin tight-woven one, so it cuts into his throat. The ferret drops the dagger and reaches toward his neck, desperatly grabbling at the noose. Rannal 21:24:59 07/14/04 Wed

Darksong sneers in the ferret's ear. "Too bad here we can't kill each other off," she hisses angrily, drawing the noose tighter as Rannal gasps. Finally, with a dark look on her face, she loosens the noose and slips it from the ferret's head. "Fight's over. I could have slain you, so you're defeated now." -- Darksong, 21:26:44 07/14/04 Wed

Rannal collapses to the floor in a choking fit. Once over, he glares up at Darksong. "Terrible vixen! You may have lured me here, lusting for a fight, but it won't happen again! I'll kill you the next time!" The ferret gets up and limps away. -- Rannal, 21:28:34 07/14/04 Wed

Darksong watches the ferret go. They were sworn enemies - so what? She'd kill the ferret someday. Grasping her shoulder and side, she managed to pick up the dagger and stagger away - gracefully.
