Dang Mikki, I hope you get a great lawyer this time. Does not the bar association have a referral program similar to the physician referral program? It has been a long time since my law suit. If I remember right my lawyer was concerned that he might have to file an extension on the two year time limit. Being your lawyer bailed that would be a valid reason for extending. While your at it you might have a case for malpractice with this other twerp.

I sure would like to escape from here for a moment. Coming up to visit you would be like a mini trip to heaven. What do you think?
