That's good Richard that you were able to work your way out of the suicidal thoughts. I think your bike riding is doing you a world of good. Sounds like your new bike is a nice one. I'm glad you got it replaced with a better model.

Again......25 miles is a long way with a recovering broken pelvis. Watch yourself ok?

I've been having some problems lately. Last Wednesday, I started hearing voices. I kept hearing someone call my name all the time. I would answer "What?", and my coworker would say that she didn't say anything. This happened 3 times, and I finally figured out that something was wrong, and I didn't answer to my name at all. I couldn't tell if it was real or not. Then my coworkers asked why I wasn't paying attention. Martha, who watches over me all the time asked me if something was wrong.....and I said yes. I had 6 days off coming up, so I called the doctor and she upped my seroquel to 200 mgs. It makes me so sleepy, but the voices are gone. I go to Ann Arbor tomorrow to see the doctor, so hopefully the raise in seroquel will get rid of the voices. I thought God was talking to me at first. Then I realized it wasn't real, just a symptom of this horrible disease. I joked with my family that I won't answer unless you call me Mikki (my nickname). It will drive you crazy when you can't tell what is real and what isn't.

So that is what is up with me.....keep on riding my friend. Have an apple square for me ok?

Love,Mikki
