Girl ,
sounds like your plate is pretty well full of shit right now . You know my daughter Krystal is bi-polar . So far she just goes through ocassional bouts of isolation , depression and once in a while goes manic and all hell breaks loose . I've never had to walk that hearing voices thing . Must be very spooky . You definitely still have issues with your former therapist . I hope you find a way to get through that . Take care of yourself , and just remember " ONE DAY AT A TIME " .
