Subject: Going to see my sister tonight...

Lorne and I switched our routine around, I now get Friday Nights to myself...so I am going to take off as soon as he gets home, go and work out...and drop some stuff off at the thrift shops...and then head over for a late supper...and maybe a movie...

We haven't really been all that close since my dad died. She really believed that my dad hated my mom, but with my last visits with my dad...he still loved my mom, but she would never take him back, unless he went to AA. And he would never do that, that would be admitting that he had a problem...and that just maybe...he had something to do with the deterioration of their marriage.

Anyway, maybe with this new year, and my new Healthy living plan...emotionally, physically and spiritually, my sister and I will make time for one another...I really do miss her and the girls when I don't get to see them.

I hope the visit goes well...
