It was really really nice...

I got my workout in first...and worked hard...I also had my diet in mind throughout the day...not restricting anything, but changing the way I eat...smaller and more frequent meals.

I got to try a Cosmopolitan..just one, they are nice. My sister got a whole set of "Drink mixing stuff"... all in stainless steel..very cool...and for her, very nice.

So, she ordered pizza...which is simple, fast and cheaper than most other foods...and then we watched tv, chatted, debated about stuff with her daughter Cori...all in all, a great night...grown up stuff.
