Subject: Well, still doing my Wellness stuff...for the second week!!!!

Only drank on one night last week...only went through 1 bottle of diet pepsi..the rest of fluids was cranberry juice with soda, or water with lemon juice.

Been eating every 3 hours...I am SOOO FULL! LOL Amazing how your body reacts to getting food..it works..at losing the fat!

I have joined a Weight Management class at curves that starts next week. Bought myself a new pair of runners to work out in...as mine are over a year old now! I am looking for nice clothes to transisiton in....from my plus size clothes that are now getting loose!!!! already!!!!

AND...Dayel starts school tomorrow, which means we have to do a 20 minute walk, there and back...2 days a week! Plus my 3 days at Curves...and then of course, the workout Lorne gives me...LOL....I think my man is going through manopause he is way energetic lately!

PLUS...we are going on a DATE next saturday, my sister is going to look after Dayel for the afternoon!!!!

Lorne and I are going to go and see a movie and then go have coffee...and stuff. It is going to be something to look forward to!

So, this is my year...no more rearranging my schedule to fit Ali and Lornes...if I am to get healthy, then they have to fit my schedule into theirs...Lorne is all for it, he has switched his swim nights to Tuesday and Thursday, so I can not work out Monday, Wenesday and Friday...then we both have the weekend together...without losing time to work out!

Wish us luck, if this works for 3 months...it will stick, as we are all people who like to have a set schedule!

Dayel is way excited about school tomorrow....I am way anxious and have butterflies in my tummy! Will send pics when I get home...
