I have been sleeping all day to day...got up and had a protein smoothie, with fruit, a cup of coffee..stayed up for about 2 hours and went back to bed...just exhausted...headache and total lack of "living".

I know my day, will improve...well, what is left of it...but want you to know...I am so worried about you. I have been, laid up, know what it is like to be immobile and after the frustration and anger are gone..it is like the wind in the sail...becomes non existent.

It will come again..the need to live..to feel...but it will take time.
