Subject: Thanks Rhonda... 2:00 p.m. med out but still can't sleep

It seems like just you Rhonda and me supporting each other of late. It would be nice the others were off feeling very well and thus busy with a very good life.

I took the sleeping pill Ambien, the muscle relaxant Flexeril, a Vicodin, and a hot shower and I awoke not be able to sleep. It is anxiety I bet.

I cannot wait to get home not because I cannot wait to get home, but because part of me has a fear or disdains going back to my home. It is there that I get sick. It is there that the ‘fixer upper’ is remaining just that a fixer upper with no gain at all. I am hoping that once I get home, I will feel at home again. I am so fortunate to have such an elaborate home. I oughta feel grateful and much desire to be there.

Well, I guess that I will clean up my desktop on my laptop. I got so many files on it that half of he screen is filled. Bored!

Thanks a bunch Rhonda… you’re very smart you know… I think.
