It is so hard to stay put, I know...I have been battling with a horrible chest cold...not bronchitus...but just as painful and so exhausting...I was feeling better on Friday, went out over the weekend...and now...I can feel it trying to creep back in...
I did what my grandmother used to tell us...dress up warm, get a chair, sit outside and take deep even breaths...this will help clear up what is on your chest...air inside is stale and dirty...go outside and get fresh air in your lungs. I did that for a few days...and boy did it feel good. Cleared up alot in just a matter of hours...but now..I know...getting up and going like you haven't been sick, was a mistake...my body feels beat up again. I know I need to take it slow and take it easy getting back to my old self...but like you, I miss my "schedule" alot.

I am so happy to hear you were able to get back out on your bike.

Love and hugs
Rhonda
