Been absent of late...chronic cough..which turned out to be bronchial infection...here I thought I was just being wimpy about the pain in chest and upper back...LOL. Had to be on antibiotics for 10 days...and then for 7 days...because I left it too long I guess. I am susceptible to infection...urinary, because of damage earlier in life...and bronchial..due to scarring from bouts of pnemonia and bronchitus as a child...plus being native...has something to do with it too...lungs are a problem..so smoking is a no no...
But aside from just not having energy to do much of anything, except walk Dayel to school...I am trying desperately to get strong enough to get back on my schedule. Being down like this, really inflates the depression as well...but I have not put on any weight...or started in on anything too bad...so I am happy...
