I'm glad that things are working out better for you. Wasn't it a beautiful day yesterday? Flint got up to 72 degrees. I was actually hot.....

Miriam breaks my heart. That was so nice of you to give her that program. I'm glad she accepted it. That was great of you to do that.

I'm glad you are getting out riding again. Again, I caution you to take it easy. You are not completely healed yet. Even if it doesn't hurt to ride, you may still be doing damage. Just a tip from a friend.

I wish I had a massage therapist. I need something for my neck and shoulders. They are so tight all the time it causes headaches. I carry all my stress in my shoulders. I would have a hard time with a massage therapist though..I don't like people touching me under any circumstances. Part of the PTSD I think.

So take care of you......in all ways. We're here to help when we can.
