I had to go to the court, but didn't have to say anything.
The defense attorney was mainly trying to get the judge to send him to a forensic psychiatric center in Ypsillanti for a competency review. The defense attorney waived that assholes right to a preliminary exam......so I didn't have to say anything. I just stood there next to the prosecutor.

So once they determine if he is competent to stand trial, it will go to Circuit Court. Before that......they could do a plea bargain thing, or if he is incompetant, he will be sent to Caro, where the criminally insane are kept until they can stand trial.

I was nervous as hell, and tried hard not to look at him. He was in an orange jumpsuit, with handcuffs and shackles on his feet and hands. He yelled out to the judge a few times, enough to make me want to cry.....but I stayed there.

Now we just have to wait until the competency hearing.

As far as how fast this case is taking off...my cousin Phil is the state representative for the Port Huron District. I called him to pull some strings in the prosecutors office. Phil campaigned with the District Attorney. Things are moving along nicely now. *smile*

It's nice to have some pull........I want that man to fry.
