Unless, things have changed, you can ask for monetary damage in your impact statement... as like he's got a pot to piss in.

You make sure you take care of yourself. Boy, if I did not have infusion in the morning and a medical appointment in the afternoon tomorrow, I'd drive up there to be of morale support. Take care of yourself... do something special for yourself afterwards... real special... be with someone special even... if possible.
