Subject: I just kicked it up a notch..............

My fight with PHH continues big time......the report that I have been waiting for has suddenly been "delayed". It was supposed to come out yesterday and she called me today and wants us to meet to discuss the results so far. My attorney said no to the meeting, and he couldn't be there with me.....so he said to find out what she wants on the phone.

That I did.....and she said that the mental health directors didn't agree with her findings and more information is needed. I flipped out......I told her that I know that PHH is trying to get out of it's liability in my case...in that case just spit it out and we'll let the lawyers handle it. She said that wasnt necessary, just give them more time.

NO fucking way......I've waited long enough, been through hell and back, may be exposed to a blood borne disease, and I'm supposed to wait?

So I called JCAHO which is the hospitals accrediting agency. I complained about the unsafe practices, the rape, and those damn red buttons that don't work. A representative from JCAHO called me and got all my information. I received an email from JCAHO saying that an investigation has begun with probably a spot inspection.
If they find deficiencies on that floor....there are huge fines, and the ward could be shut down if they don't comply. This is my insurance policy.......things will change up there.and JCAHO will be the one to do it.

My attorney said I have balls of steel.....I've got nothing to lose....I can't go back there, I'm going to lose my doctor after he gets back from vacation and the ward tells him what happened, so why not fight it til the end?

They underestimate me......they think I am just a psych case that can be easily gotten rid of. Sorry.....I'll fight it to the supreme court just to make a point. NO one should be raped while a patient, no one should have to walk around with their rapist and no one is watching him.
Panic buttons should be used for PANIC!!! Then to possibly be exposed to shit from him......I've had enough.

I'm sorry.....I'm angry and just can't let it out. My husband keeps telling me to wait, but I have waited long enough. The hospital is lying to me, and won't admit liability. You'd think that if a patient gets convicted as a sex offender that would automatically verify that I have a case. Nope.....gonna have to go to court. I hope that JCAHO reams them a new one. You don't mess with the federal government.....I hope I live long enough to see this come to an end.

No, I'm not doing Christmas.....
