Hi Gem......I'm glad it is over too. I didn't even put up a tree this year. But, I have to say that it was one of the best Christmas's I have ever had. We didn't spend hardly any money on each other. We spent on Sarah, but it was mainly things she needed for college.

I got some 450 thread count sheets (yeah!!!), a bathrobe and a blanket. I was very happy with that. I won $59 in scratch off lottery tickets from Mike.....so I went and bought socks with the money.

My Christmas was one of giving to others....we adopted a family at work, and I spent alot on my 18 year old girl. I gave money to the homeless....gave cigarettes to someone who was in desperate need....called my relatives that I haven't seen in years and told them I loved them. I even wrote a letter to my estranged parents telling them I loved them and wanted to work things out.

Then Midnight Mass........it was beautiful.

So I had a good christmas, but I am glad it's over. I'm glad I don't have a tree to take down. I think I am gonna do that every year....trees are a pain.

Love, Mikki
