Subject: New Lawyer

You guys are probably sick of hearing about my problems. My current attorney isn't returning my calls, emails, and letters. I finally came out and asked him if he didn't want the case, to let me know and don't leave me hanging. This was a couple of days ago....no word. His office is open, for I called there and left a message.

I think he is part of the Port Huron good ole boys network. Doctors are in bed with the lawyers, lawyers in bed with the judges. And the police involved with all of them.

So I called a new lawyer....one I had worked with about 10 years ago. He wants me to come in on Jan 3rd with all my paperwork. He said, "this is fucking ridiculous", and is anxious to see what I have. He is a great attorney, and he is honest. I talked with him for a few minutes to tell him my case........he told me to come in. So hopefully, I will fire my first attorney (luckily I never gave him any money or a retainer), and have an attorney who will do something. This attorney is from Flint, and not part of the good old boys network. He said I have a huge case....

Makes me feel better that it is going to move forward. I'm not stopping until I get a settlement. The hell with the doctor and that hell hole hospital. Time to let them know they can't let that happen to a patient and ignore it.
