You better believe it.....I'm done whining about my doctor. Thinking back to what he said before he went on vacation, when I asked him if I could see him in his other office (not PHH owned), he said very coldly..."I'll have to check with my attorneys on that". That was it for me.

I like this attorney, and I have worked with him before, so I know he is an honest guy. He did right by me 10 years ago in a disagreement with a hospital (work related though)

I can't even imagine what the settlement could be...but I am so angry now that even if I got a penny....it would be a victory. To know that they are all scrambling around trying to fix things because their accrediting agency is coming, not knowing whether I am going to file or not, just makes my day.

I still wanted to blow in there with Geoffrey Feiger...make a huge stink, TV, newspapers...all the stuff he likes to do.....but his track record is poor. He does win....but he lowballs to get it over with, and loses alot of appeals.....but still......imagine walking in a meeting with all the mucky mucks in one room with Geoffrey Feiger.
I don't know if you know of him.......but he is huge in Michigan.
