I like to have the TV on at night for background noise. I usually can't do that, because Mike needs perfect silence to sleep. Perfect silence scares me.....I think too much. But if I do have the TV on, and something violent is on, I think subconciously I am picking up on it and I have nightmares.

I also am a sleepwalker....so I walk around in strange places. One night...I was in my underwear only, I went outside because I thought the cat had gotten out. Al never goes outside, but somehow in my mind I had to go look for him. I stood in the front yard, walking around calling for the cat. Mike couldn't figure out where I went, so he got up and found me outside. I've sat in front of my mirror trying to curl my hair once....and I've screamed in the night thinking that someone has stolen my baby, when I didnt even have a baby...(that was after my miscarriage).

The mind can do strange things.....I'm glad everything was alright with you.
