For me, when I am at that point, like you...my maternal instincts kick in...and we need to stay....our girls need us. I agree with Richard...you are stronger than you think, in spirit, in life ....in just being who you are and acknowledging that you need help and you reach out and take it. The plans, the letters...for me, give me the push I need to try harder and to be kinder to myself...as I know, if I let myself get too exhausted...too run down...I won't have the strength to stay...
