I have new neighbors moving in. I was told that it would be a single women. But, maybe, it looks like two women and what looks to be an Alaskan Husky. A friendly dog, it seems. The one woman is oriental looking but Americanized sounding. There is a guy helping them move in. When they talk amongst themselves they talk loud. I hope they are not partiers.

Alas, I might not have to worry about that anyway. I have made an obligatory offer to a bank that owns the condominium that I am trying to buy. If the bank accepts, I will be the owner of a condo. I was so scared signing the document. My realtor is a broker who owns her own company and has a couple of college degrees in realty. She was recommended to me by the receptionist in the hospital unit I go to. My realtor only represents me and not the seller, which helps me feel more secured with her. But still, she gets paid by the seller.

She has been showing me condos that are really just apartments tagged with the word condo. Some of the apartments are really most decent. However, they are still just apartments in apartment buildings. The condo that I made an offer on, is in a building that looks more like townhouses. The front part only has lower condos. The back has upper and lower. I am on the end. Thus, I will only have a neighbor on one side and below. I have a private entrance. The door opens to my stairwell to my place. It is large. It has dining-L, a large living room with a small balcony, it normal apartment size kitchen, two large bedrooms with a master bath in the larger one, a walk-in laundry & storage room that has a walk-in shelving closet. It does need some work though: clean the carpet, appliances, paint, etc. Being the bank has it by reprossesion and the housing market is so poor, I am buying it at 2/3 less than the previous buyer. It is also in a nice neighborhood further away from Detroit. It will only take me another 15 minutes to get to my favorite park even. Me a owner, jeez! Well me and my bank.
