Subject: Feeling better-- sort of...

I think that I am feeling better. However, it could be that I am just aware of psyche thing. My attitude seems to have been altered. I have been cantankerously aggressive. I just looked up the med ‘Prozac’. After the serious effects of changing from Zoloft to Prozac, I am now wondering about this feeling so angry and aggressive. I am going to call my psychiatrist tomorrow and my available therapist. I went to the park today. I have only been to the park once in two weeks. I so needed my park experience. I went after my IV infusion in the late morning. It is windier then. I only ride twice around the park then and walk only three miles. However, I rode hard against the wind. I got a very good workout. That is what got me feeling better. I cannot tell you how stabilizing for my psyche the park experience is for me. I have been sleeping a lot since I have been home from the park. It is 11:00 p.m. now and I am ready to go back to bed.

That is it, other than thanks much, Rhonda and Hope,

RICHARD
