You know I am there with you friend. I can almost feel what you feel because I can relate to so much of your life experience. Though we come from pretty different backgrounds, I still feel a soul connection to you. And for that matter, to everyone here on some level. You aren't alone. The biggest concern I have for you is that you don't even allow yourself the "right" to feel bad. You tend to blame your innerself for some things that are simply bad circumstances and also things outside of your control. You have perfectly normal reactions to things, they are simply a bit more intense. That's how I describe myself too. I hope that you find a medication that you can tolerate. Or perhaps when you get to the other side of "the change" things may settle down? That is sure what I am hoping. Love you, Hope
