Hi Zsof, it is nice to see ya again. I wish it were when you weren’t having it so bad though.

I believe that chemical imbalance or deficiency is not the only source of chronic depression and anxiety. From my experience, been told, and have read a person’s lifestyle is can be an ample source of depression and anxiety. Just because you intellectually have accepted your apparent uncomfortable lifestyle does not mean your entire being is not going be stressed out by it. Not only is it possible this is why you are depressed still, you knowing that you have an uncomfortable lifestyle, might give you some guilt feelings also in knowing but not choosing to do something about it.

So, I think and believe,
