Subject: Life fatigue...

I had not been to my park and did my biking and walking workout for many days because of the weather and other stuff. Yesterday, with the imminent threat of rain but the weather channel showing no rain out at the park, I packed up and took a chance to get in some bike riding. The hike/bike trail was wet, so I went for my hilly eight-mile walk only. I got sprinkled on a little. It was so muggy too. I sweated some but kept a good pace with my rehydration solution and I just had IV infusion that morning. I am glad I got the exercise but it did not do for me what I hoped it would do. This morning, it is the unofficial Holiday opening of summer. History tells me it would have been packed at the park this morning. And, the holiday brings a crowd of people who trash the park and do not share the hike/bike trail in a courteous safe manner. To mention: there are a lot of good people and families there too. Avoiding the crowd, I opted for riding ten miles through the neighborhood here and then going up to the coffee house. I could not get online at the coffee house and a different crowd was there: it just did not feel right. I downloaded a trial version of the new ‘Microsoft Office 2007’ onto my desktop, but it would not let me download it on my laptop. It did not work out so well. I ended up un-installing the new Office. Ensuing, I lost a well written partial letter to a very good pen pal friend. This is a family orientated long weekend. I am alone. Some`tn wrong

Hanging in,
RICHARD
