Hey Sandy,
my heart goes out to you where Toupe' is concerned! I remember what I went through with P.C. when she was down and out and when she fought her medication, it tore me up, I felt like I should have been on humane society's death row, she acted as if I was trying to torture her. Hopefully Toupe' will be feeling better soon. Shadow's getting up there in age, so I know I'll be rounding the bend with pet health problems again soon. Just trying to enjoy his healthy days while they last.

Toupe' though is a young cat and hopefully he'll pass through this and be his old self again. I admit I cringed thinking of him with his front claws with you trying to give him medicine. P.C. atleast was declawed! You sure have my sympathy vote. Cats are wiry!

I hope Gary gets his act together-it might get to the point for self preservation and protection, you might have to tell him to cool it and leave you alone-period for a while. You deserve some rest and peace.
