Nick and Sara investigate the death of an alien buried near area 51 in the desert, which leads them to a wedding chapel where a couple disguised as Mulder and Scully are being wed by an alien. Of course, the dead body is not of a real alien, but news quickly spreads over the Internet and attracts a mass of people dressed as aliens and sci-fi characters.

Meanwhile, Catherine handles the case of a golf-ball salesman who woke up with a dead woman in his bed, and Grissom, assisted by Greg, has his hands full investigating the shooting of a man in a night club.

Yes, Greg is in the field, having found his replacement in the form of attractive and qualified DNA expert Chandra Moore, but his CSI dream may be short-lived when Chandra has the day-from-hell.

Sara, who has returned from a break following the events in Bloodlines, may be seeing a counselor, but not for a drinking problem.

Catherine's relationship with Chris may be on the rocks.

A new detective is just in from LA.

...boy toy being broken! PULLLEEEAAAASSSSEEE do NOT tell me that Sara's "psyrinch" sessions being about her unrequited love for Griss. Just because she found out that she was the only one to get a Christmas Present (a bug book, at that!) doesn't mean that he is pledging his troth--just a moth! He just sees her as being a bit buggy, that's all!

I was wondering about the subject of her shrink visits myself, and the same possiblity occured to me (you just admitted that she loves him! HA! LOL). I somehow doubt that's the reason - it may come up - but perhaps it's for depression/burn out. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

And as to that Chris guy - I'm all for Cath having a boyfriend, but please let it be somebody worthwhile (BESIDES GRISSOM!!), and I'd only like to see a glimpse of the relationship, at the maximum, one scene per week. She deserves happiness, but let's not make her appear so desperate as to hook up with some sleezeball like Chris. Bleck!
