That's very true, Uselessname. But I'm not telling you which bits are the true ones. It's now down to you to work out which bits I think are untrue and likely to be figments of your imagination. That'll keep you quiet.

Steve, yeah, too right. But flouncing can be quite elegant if you wear a nice frock and the right kind of heels. What I can't stand is when people send me emails and tell me they're never going to post on the SC again, and then go ahead and carry on doing so. But at least I can filter my emails and put junk where it belongs. (Conversely, I suppose, you could say that people who say they WILL post on the SC and never do so are just as bad. But how many of you crazy fools have done such a thing, eh?)

Filtering and de-junking a thread isn't quite the same, Smithsky. If you start reading something interesting and then some loon comes in and ruins it, it's more annoying than if someone had just started a crap thread. You can avoid crap threads, but it's hard to avoid crap in the middle of a good thread, if y'see what I mean.

Yeah, you said it, "annoying". But that's all - it's not that important. To be annoyed by something is part of every day life, it's part of being an adult in an adult world. It should not produce a desire to go out and take some kind of vengeance or retribution on the object that has "annoyed" you. Chill out Sweeney-pops! It's only a messageboard, not real life.
