"Everyone" won't include former regulars of the Sunbury Centre. They have voted with their feet and you aint doing nuthin much to woo 'em back, are you, Shankers, old fruit?

Don't call it The Sunbury Centre when you open for business. Because it won't be. Don't try to pretend it will. "The Self-Centre", mebbe?

You, Smith & Sullivan can navel-gaze and name-call to your hearts' contents. At least you won't offend each other.

But it could be rather lonely & monotonous after a bit.
