*It had been the first actual time he had decided to look around Terole alone without Chiron, which only ment he was up to no good. He quietly made his way towards the bar and climbed up one of the stools and hopped up on the counter.*Sparkle!*Base gasped as he noticed the room keys hanging on the back wall. He had always loved shiny things, but never could keep them. With a flick of his tail, the small creature lept onto the shelf with all the wine bottles and made his over to where the keys were. With two small squirrel-like paws, he reached up and took the key closest to him. Knowing he should probabley leave before the waiter discovered him, Base lept back over to the bar counter. Unfortunately it was too far and with his one free paw, he grapped hold of the small towel and tried to climb up it. But he was too heavy and began to slip off the counter dragging a bowl of nuts with it. Base managed to lep to the top just as the towel and nuts fell to the floor. He climbed back down the stool and raced towards the window when something grabbed him by the scruff of his neck. Base then found himself face to face with a VERY angry waiter. With a nervous laugh he quickly gave him back the key.*Please no hurt Base, me just want shiny thing. Never take again.*He crossed his heart, hoping the waiter would let him go with a warning. Instead he kicked him out the door and made sure the window Base had climbed in, was locked. Base winced as he landed hard on his rear, where he had been kicked, and with a growl he whipped around and stuck his tongue out. Then he quickly limped off to explore somewhere else.*
