*Once he reached the inn, his glistening hooves turned to snow-white paws with large sharp claws hidden beneath the silky fur. Chiron's tail swayed back and forth, thrashing about impatiently every now and then.*Excuse me, but have you seen a Rhianon pass through here? He's a friend of mine and I really need to find him. His name is Base.*He asked the waiter tiredly. The waiter glared at him and nodded slowly, of course this response didn't surprise him.*Alright, what'd he do this time?*The waiter pointed at the rack of keys.*The little rat tried to steal one of the room keys, take my advice and get a leash for that monkey-thing friend of yours or at least teach him a thing or to about right and wrong.*Chiron's head and wing feathers ruffled, but he stayed calm.*Sir, I am sorry for the trouble he may have caused, but you do NOT have to lecture me like it was my fault or like I'm his parent. It was a mistake, he meant no harm, and I'm sure he apologized. And could you please either call him by his name or species name instead of 'rat' and 'monkey-thing'?*He rolled his eyes and spoke in mid-sigh.*Base, you cease to amaze me.*Chiron again apologized for Base's behavior and decided it'd be best to just search for him on his own instead of asking around.*
