I'm in a state of shock,In October was the first time they contacted me, They led me to believe I was getting a ligit credit card. they recorded me agreeing to all there terms,and conditions.They explained there would be a fee of 300.00 dollars debited from my account and that it would be added to my credit card. After I gave them all my info then they told me my credit card and there catalog would be sent to me,I said to the rep on the phone wait a minute,is this a credit card catalog ? He said real fast yes mam,I said I would like to cancel,He said well you can't I have you recorded agreeing to the terms, I kept repeating myself that i would like to cancel, I was getting very frustrated to say the least.I got off the phone and quickly called my bank, I explained to the bank what had just occurred, they said no problem we'll put a stop payment on your account so that they couldn't take my money. I thought my problem was solved,Two months later they went in my account after i told them i wanted to cancel,and they tried to take out 300.00 dollars under a different name which was newcr, thank God I didn't have the money in there but i was charged an insuffcient funds charge.I got the phone number from my bank and I called them, I tried to cancel again but needless to say I was unsuccessful. Now I have to go to my bank close out that account and open a new one. Something really needs to be done about this company and they need to learn a serious lesson. Thanks for listening
