After Alan caught them together, are we supposed to just assume that they're now having sex and have more of a normal relationship?

We saw S&C have the same conversation for ten straight days, but GH can't even tell us if or when Luke and Tracy decided to have sex? That's kind of a big step.

The closer they get, though, the closer I think we are to Genie returning. Guza wouldn't care enough to get them together unless he was going to blow them up.

But at the same time, I heard Kelly Monaco got some unprecedented contract giving her all these outs and things like that. But they couldn't give that to Genie?? The whole thing just burns me.
