I would say look at the numbers. Take an application and look at the numbers. See if they do what they say and then you can decide to go ahead with it or not. Does that sound easy enough to do? See how long you will be out of the loan, what the monthly payment is and the over all solution. I have a loan from them and they were true to there word. But look at the numbers they bring you. It really is the best mortage out there. Or you could go get some arm, intrest only, or variable interest loan and think that it is soooooo much better and then get it in the end when it bits you.
