I started to get suspcious when I had some free time and I read the annual compliance booklet. I had been going to the primerica office for two weeks and hadn't done anything. Nothing. I watched people, watched mortgage movies, and wrote down names of people I knew. Out of sheer boredom I picked up the compliance and read it. Three pages of it were ways the company complies with anti-pyramid laws. A red flag went off in my head so I started asking my "TRAINER" if I never recruit anyone would I still be able to make more money, and she said that recruiting is essential in promotion. I could make money without doing it, but it wouldn't be as substancial as I was making now as a blue collar painter. Your percentage of deals made went up for recruiting, not how many life insurance plans you sold or time you had been there, plus the first three transactions went to your trainer for compensation of training you. Think about what I said, or remember what I said and find out on your own. PS you arn't a good recruit unless they can have at least fifteen names of other people when you start. Trust me, they'll ask too. And I decided to call it quits when they had me calling businesses in the phone book asking for random things and depending on whether or not the person was helpful, I would call back in an hour and try and recruit them. I am not down $200 though, I still went and got my license, just for personal gain at this point
