I have been swamped with work! I know all about the BC Lions helmets I am missing. I have 3 tags done right now that I need to post and hope to finish the others you mentioned very quickly! Saskatchewan's complete helmet history should also be posted soon. As far as college, that will come later on in the existence of this site. Hope to finish all professional leagues past and present first, some minor, and then finally college. Stay tuned!
