Dress Code: Suit or Dress * No pant suits*

All Miss, Teen & Ms. contestants will participate in an opening number.
Self Introduction and Evening Gown Competition
Dress Code: Red Outfit- Formal gown (stage).

- I think some of the girls that competed for new orleans should consider a festival title some ( you have to ask around) do let you compete at state level pageants -- Would be awesome to see some of these girls do festival, 14:41:26 12/02/08 Tue
This pageant is directed by a very wonderful person and the civic center it helps support is vital in hurricane season. If you have the funds to do LA USA without having a prelim pay for it and the interest to do a little traveling then this is a great festival to compete for. If you win you can do Queen of Queens and if you don't win that you can still do USA. -- Something to think about, 14:50:08 12/02/08 Tue
