It's just LA in general. They rarely, if ever, support their titleholders until it's time for nationals and they do well. If they don't do well, then they behead them publically. Usually, though for the USA system there, they choose one or the other (teen or miss) to pick on. It was miss in 07, teen in 08, and now miss in 09 (NT) -- cattiest state, 12:30:39 11/17/08 Mon "
