And as for the Sugar pageant, the judges have little to do with the winner - this is well known in the festival system - so I don't think that Russia "made sure" that a former Teen LA contestant won (NT) -- are we bashing posters since there's a lull in prelims & state is over now?, 12:47:04 11/30/08 Sun

      - Actually, most directors of parish sugar titles will tell you that whichever parish's turn it is to win that year will win...very little judging. But either way, Chelsea was the clear winner - with or without past Teen USA state experience. She's been in festivals for years (NT) -- really in the know, 20:28:24 12/01/08 Mon
