Subject: is he shy or what

hi, i am 13 and i got out with this boy who is 14.He lives like 2 hours away. See the connection is that his (almost) sister and i are pretty close and her parents got divorced and her mom and her moved to latrobe to live with this one guy (whether or whether not their going out or not i dont know) see he says shes just there to pay rent but she thinks the opposite. anyways back to the subject....okay his name is chayne and when i go up to visit him and her ,very rarely. He treats me more like a best friend than like a girlfriend. when i with him he sometimes says something real sweet. and he slept in her room with me and her (but nothing happened) i didnt want anything like that to happen either. but i mean we have been going out for like 8 months since april. And we have never hugged before. let alone kissed. and he cant say he loves me to (ME) he can tell me on the phone and he can tell me on the computer.his sister tells me that he writes my name every where on his dirt bike and on his door and on his walls . but the thing is i havent seeen him since the begining of august. and i may go up there this weekend im not sure. but my question is is he to shy to make a move on me should i make the frist move. or is he just not like me. i need to know what to do for when i go up there . i think i love him to. please help. email me at AngelPLaya52190@netscape.net
