Subject: he loves me but i can't assure myself

i have my boyfriend, wer 6 months already. at first, he's so sweet and he takes good care of me so much. after a while, he joined a fraternity which affected our relationship however wer still together. we hang out only in our house and sometimes i need to visit him in their house also. i went there almost evry week even during our monthsaries and my birthday.he has a friend who happens to be the friend's bestfriend of my friend. they grew up together and take note their neighbors too. the girl is opening up to me all about my boyfriend and i'm getting realy irritated because why does she need to tell me all of it.. does she like my bf?
