Ok, well, your dick should start to increase in size in you start 'puberty.' When things begin to change. And that depends on how young you are. By thirteen years-old or so, you'll start to grow pubic hair and, thus, your dick increases in size, and that depends on how well you grow or mature. Not everyone's dick is going to be the same size. Thier are ways of increasing it, like, well, penis enlargemensts, but, you'll have to be an adult for those. But other than that, you'll have to wait for puberty.
How much increases in size, on average, maybe it'be about between two to three inches long when your not erect(horny). But, when erect, it depends again, not everyone's going to have the same size erections.
