Here is the deal. I am sure you probably have played with your penis every now and then while growing up, every guy has. For me, I knew I had switched from "playing with myself" to "masturbating" when I got the intense sensation of orgasm and semen was also ejaculated. This happened for me when I was 10, but for most boys the average is between 11 and 14. As for HOW to masturbate, everyone has their own technique, but I enjoy putting lotion in my palm and stroking my penis slowly until fully erect, and then extremely fast while gripping it as hard as possible.
